Die Kunstakademie ist ein Ort, der Menschen, Pflanzen, Dinge und Räume zusammenbringt. Insofern ist sie auch ein Ort, wo wir Veränderungen dieses Zusammentreffens gestalten können. Die Ausstellung basiert auf der Auseinandersetzung mit ökologischen Theorien und Praktiken in den Seminaren Ökologien. Vom Extraktivismus zu Formen der Interdependenz und Architektur und Ökologie: Ansätze zum (Post-)Anthropozän im Wintersemester 2021/22. Sie analysiert die Grundlagen und Formen der Umweltkatastrophe und eröffnet Perspektiven, wie neue Formen der Ko-Existenz jenseits der destruktiven ökologischen Gegenwart aussehen könnten, indem sie die Akademie als kooperativen Ort gestaltet. 

The Art Academy is a place where people, plants, things and spaces meet. It is therefore also a place where this coming together can be reshaped. The exhibition is based on the exploration of ecological theories and practices that took place in the seminars Ecologies. From Extractivism to Forms of Interdependence and Architecture and Ecology: Approaches to the (Post-)Anthropocene in the winter term 2021/22. It analyzes the foundations and forms of environmental catastrophe and opens up new perspectives on forms of co-existence beyond the destructive ecological present by shaping the academy as a cooperative place.
